Exchange

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, unused items can be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. 

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost, unless the product is damaged from shipping, defective, or not what the customer ordered. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a change of mind or other reasons initiated by the customer, the customer will be responsible for shipping the products.

Return Rules

• Product must not be used or damaged by customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email that we have received your returned item. 

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Please email us a picture showing the product's problem or defect when you submit the return or exchange request.

Order Cancellation

You can submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via info@mavie-eu.com if you decide to cancel your order. We will not accept a cancellation request after the order has been shipped.
