Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to pack your order. When we ship the order, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

If your order does not arrive in time, please contact us so that we can follow it up with the shipping company.

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse located in Portugal (European Union country).

Notes:

• We are not responsible for any customs fees for international orders. By purchasing our products, you consent that your package is subject to customs fees when they arrive in your country.
• We will deliver the products ordered to the address that was provided for delivery when the order was placed. We ask that customers double-check that the delivery addresses provided are accurate, correctly written, and include a full postal code in accordance with postal service addressing regulations.
